Built in Maywood, California in the famous Roth Studios by Ed Roth.

The chassis and body are hand built. The engines were specially built by Bell Auto Parts of Los Angeles. They run on Methonal and at 5000 RPM will raise the car 2 inches, and at 10,000 RPM will raise the car 6 inches. The total weight is just over 750 pounds. The glass bubble was custom made by Acry Plastics of Los Angeles. Ro-tar was painted by Watson of Artesia, California. There is a remote possibility that this will be the first car to reach the MOON.
