SweeTee

Builder: Bob Spedding

I bought this Tom Daniel SweeTee new back in '71 or '72 but just put it away and never built it . Somehow this and many other kits survived all these years and now I'm slowly building these great old kits .

Tom Daniel updated Monogram's "Little T" giving it a 70's vibe with a 6-71 blower , chromed spoke wheels , and monster slicks .

Molded in bright yellow I built mine right out of the box with polished plastic instead of paint . Some detailing was added with yellow paint on the engine and suspension , and some Ford script decals on the radiator shell and tailgate .

Also some gauge decals were used on the dash . The tires received an upgrade with "Cheater Slick" grooves cut into the slicks and Goodyear decals on all four tires . They were finished with DullCote to knock down the shine . The SweeTee was a quick fun build that looks great on the shelf !
