Orange Crate

Built by: Paul T Cheshire

I stripped all the chrome for this build up and used Alclad Chrome on the chassis and Alclad Magnesium on the wheels, along with added valve stems made from model rail road bits.

Full wiring on engine and gauge panel. I shimmed the doors and door openings for a tighter fit and brought the door hinges closer to scale.

The paint is a 1958 AutoCar truck color as the original car and the interior color is a home made Zoltone finish paint made from a blend of Xtra Colours and Humbrol Varnishes.  .
